SUMMARY

Today in Europe people both online and in the physical are experiencing hate, violence, profanity and marginalisation because of their heritage, ethnicity, religion, race or nationality. This problem is growing. Research by agencies in Europe including the EU agency for Fundamental Rights shows that hate crime is on the rise, including hate crime motivated by racism, Antisemitism, xenophobia and religion. Parallel to this, there are growing migrant and refugee populations across Europe, and
questions of the impact of migrants and the control of these populations has become a topic of debate and wide media attention. However, there is still a lack of understanding into migration and
refugees within Europe; many people still see migrants as a threat to their societies.

• learned more about migration and cultural heritage in partner countries.
• got an insight into European culture and identity, including the similarities and differences
• could breakdown prejudices about migrants and refugees
• could develop a political perspective of migration.

The final result were published on Twinspace and via presentations and exhibitions at the five partner schools. we created a public Twinspace and even a website/homepage and all the activities were published by the 5 partner schools taking part in the Erasmus Plus project.
